First Visitor! 08/25/2008
This weekend I had my first chance to show a friend around my new home! Tim came for a visit on his way home from business in Vienna. On Saturday after leaving the airport, we explored downtown Dublin, ate some fish and chips, and ended with a cup of coffee at Insomnia Cafe. CommentsLibby 08/26/2008 04:53

It was great to see the sites and sounds of Ireland, but more importantly to see you in person and how well you're adjusting to Irish life. I think you could easily be a tour guide in your spare time! :-) I still marvel at your left-lane driving abilities (even though I had my hands over my face through most of the roundabouts).

Wow, I missed seeing Tim when I was in knoxville...so how is it that you get to see him while you are in Ireland. :-) I'm glad you all had LOTS of fun!

It's so wild to see half the BFF in another country...not use to picturing Tim over there too! :-) Totally cool... and look, Tim didn't have to do the hunch back to have his picture made with you! HAHAHA :-)

Stephanie I love your pictures. Dave went to Ireland when he was in 8th grade & has always wanted to go back. So, when can we come with the 4 kids? Hee hee. I love reading about your exciting life. You go girl!

We remember Kilkenny Castle (a.k.a. Butler Castle) well, especially some of the pronunciations of the Irish tour guide. Our girls were rolling in laughter. Kilkenny is a great town - quite different from busy Dublin. I love your many pictures of doors - one of my favorite things about Ireland. May you have many "doors" of opportunity in serving the Lord in Dublin - we miss seeing you at our door at WPBC!! :-)
